Creekwood Estate, Caloundra

The jewel in AV Jennings’ crown on the Sunshine Coast; ‘Creekwood’ planned community with developed parklands, communal spaces and recreational facilities. Comprising bulk and detailed earthworks, underground services, drainage, water and sewer, roadworks (internal and external) and retaining wall construction – the staged development was a significant construction challenge whilst maintaining the prestige associated with AV Jennings in the market place.
